Lightweight soundproof thermal insulation wall brick and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a lightweight soundproof thermal insulation wall brick. The wall brick is prepared from, by weight, 170-190 parts of silica sand, 80-90 parts of cement, 35-45 parts of lime, 17-24 parts of ardealite, 25-35 parts of coal ash, 0.3-0.5 part of aluminum powder, mica powder and 320-360 parts of water, wherein the mica powder accounts for 7-9% of the total dry weight. Compared with an organic foaming method, an inorganic foaming method has advantages of high corrosion resistance, fireproof performance and environment friendliness. The wall brick prepared from the raw materials according to the method is about 0.34g/cm in bulk density, 1.6Mpa in compressive strength, 0.07W/m.K in thermal conductivity and 40db in soundproof effect.
