The invention provides a 2.5, 3 and 3.6 MW medium-rotor low-speed permanent-magnetic synchronous wind generator which is characterized by mainly comprising a casing, a stator, a medium rotor and a static main shaft, wherein the stator, the medium rotor and the static main shaft are arranged in the casing; the stator is arranged in the position near the inner wall of the casing; the static main shaft is arranged in the center position in the casing; and the medium rotor is arranged on the static main shaft through double bearings sleeved on the static main shaft and can rotate by taking the static main shaft as a rotating shaft. The generator of the invention can be directly connected with a wind wheel and a rotary bottom frame of an engine room of a direct-driven wind generating set to replace a low-speed main shaft driving and supporting device, a speed increasing box and a high-speed shaft connecting device of a double-fed wind generating set. In the generator of the invention, the structure of a large wind generating set is simplified, and the generator of the invention has the advantages of preferable quality of electric energy, higher generating efficiency, lower failure rate, lower operation and maintenance cost and very considerable economic benefit and social benefit.
