Viscoelastic Material in Dislocated Lens Extraction

Abstract Lens dislocation is the most common ocular sign of homocystinuria. The management of one case with pupillary block glaucoma due to the anterior dislocation of the lens is described. Viscoelastic material (Healon) was used to prevent posterior dislocation of the lens during the operation.
