Particles for display media

A particle for display media having a charging property used for the information display panel, in the particles for display media formed by applying an external additive on the surface of the mother particle made of a resin, weakly hydrophobic external additive and a metal oxide using an external additive which is composed of an outer additive made of things. This allows driving at a low voltage drive, thus providing particles for display media capable of reducing the information cost of the display panel using the same.
