Development and Realization of Power Grid Security Early Warning and Decision Support System

Security early warning and decision support system is an important measure for the security operation of power system,and a necessary requirement of future intelligent dispatching technology.By establishing a power system stability analysis and early warning detection system at system-level based on IEC61970,the security early warning and decision support system can automatically track the real-time operation status of power system,and find out all hidden security risks,then it can identify the security risk grade according to the status of power system,and propose suggestions for corrective control measures with the purpose of dealing with potential security problems and faults of power system at its incubation stage.
