The utility model discloses a solar power generation device, and especially relates to an angle adjusting device applied to the solar power generation device. The angle adjusting device comprises a rack, and a solar cell panel, a steering device and a control device which are arranged on the rack. The solar cell panel is arranged at the top portion of the rack. The steering device is arranged below the solar cell panel. The steering device adjusts the rotation in the horizontal direction and the rotation in the vertical direction of the solar cell panel. The control device receives and collects sunlight irradiation angle data. Rotation angles of a deflection device and a rotation device are timely adjusted, so that the solar cell panel can always keep perpendicular to the sunlight. A technical scheme provided by the utility model is that the deflection device driven by a screw rod and a rotation device driven by gears are arranged on the rack, so that defects that a conventional tracking device of the solar power generation device is complicated in structure, narrow in tracking range and low in precision are overcome.
