Crude oil processing separator

2011
The invention relates to a crude oil processing separator. The crude oil processing separator is characterized in that a rotational flow sand remover (2) is installed at one end inside a casing (6), an inlet pipe (1) is installed on one side of the rotational flow sand remover (2), and an overflow pipe (3) is installed at the top of the rotational flow sand remover (2). An inlet baffle (4) is installed at the position of the top opposite to an outlet of the overflow pipe (3) in the casing (6), a rectifier (5) is installed at the position of the middle of the top of the casing, an air outlet pipe (7) is installed at the top of the other end of the casing (6), and three wave-proof plates (14) and an overflow partition plate (10) are sequentially installed on the lower portion inside the casing (6) at intervals. An oil outlet pipe (12) is installed on the right side of the overflow partition plate (10), and a water outlet pipe (13) is installed on the left side of the overflow partition plate (10). The crude oil processing separator can first remove solids in crude oil such as sand and then separate oil, water and gas. The crude oil processing separator has the advantages of resisting abrasion and blockage, improving efficiency, reducing cost and prolonging service life.
