Self-adjusting circuit for exactly matching reference current between chips

2008
The invention relates to the field of integrated circuits, and in particular discloses a self-adjusting circuit for exactly matching reference current between chips. In the implementation process, a chip is configured as a master chip, the other chip is configured as a slave chip and the voltage in the master chip is fed back to the slave chip, so that the problem of deviation of the reference current deviation caused by deviation of an integrated circuit technique when the two chips are cascaded. The circuit can be applied to a system requiring cascade connection of the two chips and exact equality of the reference current of the two chips, such as an OLED display driving chip requiring to realize an Qvga (320*240RGB) resolution.
