The invention discloses a magnetic pole protective coating vacuum desorption dipping solidification system, a vacuum desorption apparatus and a technology. According to the vacuum desorption technology, before injection of a dipping liquid, vacuum-pumping desorption is performed on an enclosed system formed by a magnet yoke in a magnetic pole and a vacuum bag, and a function relational expression of a degree of vacuum or pressure in the enclosed system is established so that a vacuum desorption process is controlled, wherein parameters of the functional relational expression comprise an average air exhaust volume flow of a vacuum pump, continuous time of vacuum-pumping, initial pressure in the enclosed system and initial volume of the enclosed system. In the desorption dipping system and system, the function relational expression provides a vacuum desorption standard, desorption time can be better grasped, and an effect of mutual examination with detected pressure is formed.
