The effectiveness of the performance of the lecturer, is limited by the variety of activities associated with the substantive functions of the institution of higher education, the teacher must face. Causes the failure a number of inconsistencies between the institutional level strategic, tactical and operational-planning, and the individual work of the teacher plan. Theoretical and empirical method s, employees in research, allowed to characterize the methods of evaluation of the performance and its evolution in the management of human talent in the strategic context. This made it possible to develop a strategy content iva of a set of actions and procedures and methodology for the evaluation of the teaching performance in stages starting to define the standards and their corresponding performance indicators.
