A regular inversive polytope °P has a ৵ৱ৬৩৶৯৴৭  and a ৺৩৬ৱ৽৻   , with 2 being its ৬ৱৰ৭৬৺৩৴ ৩৶৯৴৭ and 2  its ৩৶ৼৱৰ৭৬৺৩৴ ৬ৱ৻ৼ৩৶৫৭ . The values of  and   are determined for each regular inversive n-polytope.
