A preparing method of a high-boron high-chromium low-carbon wear-resistant automobile wheel hub bearing unit is disclosed. According to the preparing process steps, melt of the automobile wheel hub bearing unit comprises following components by weight: 0.2-3% of iron, 4-5% of silicon, 3-7% of copper, 1.5-3% of magnesium, 0.3-2.0% of cobalt, 0.04-0.08% of lead, 0.001-0.005% of zirconium, 0.01-0.05% of manganese and 0.01-0.05% of vanadium, with the balance being aluminum. The preparing method is characterized by attractive appearance, high strength, good toughness, simple process, low manufacturing cost, capability of recovery and reutilization, light weight, energy conservation, and the like.
