The Kinetic Characteristics of Soil Phosphatase as Influenced by Glutathione Reduced

2008
Laboratory incubation studies were conducted to examine the kinetic characteristics of phosphatase as influenced by glutathione reduced (GSH) in black soil and brown earth. Results have revealed that the Vmax value of the phosphomonoesterase and phosphotriesterase in black soil, the phosphodieterase and phosphotriesterase in brown earth amended with GSH at 480mg kg-1 were higher significantly than CK. The Vmax value were increscent through manifolding the enzyme quantity by GSH. In the same treatment, the Km values of phosphomonoesterase in brown earth and phosphodiesterase in black earth were lower significantly than that in CK, which indicated that GSH transformed the enzyme configuration and enhanced the affinity between enzyme and substrates.
