Study on Protection of Geographical Indication Intellectual Property of Lotus Seed Resources

This paper introduced the protection status of geographical indication intellectual property of lotus seed resources in China from the aspects of geographical indication products protection,geographical indication trademark registration,agricultural products geographical indication registration and so on,and put forward a series of suggestions.
