ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Applicant is requesting a special exemption concerning Article 5 section 2 of the Zoning Ordinance. Concurrently the applicant is requesting a variance from Appendix A of the Zoning Ordinance concerning Minimum Lot Size. Applicant proposes to create a 36 unit Cluster Development reserved for persons ages 55 and above on a proposed subdivision of approximately 36 acre parcel to house the development in the Commercial/Industrial zone on Map 1 Lot 44.
