Research on Fault Tolerant Control of Guidance System of High Speed Maglev Train

In this paper, the guidance system of high-speed maglev train is taken as the research object, and the mathematical model of the guidance unit is established based on the structure and working principle. The linear quadratic optimal guidance controller is designed by using differential control scheme. Aiming at the problem of high failure rate of accelerometer in guidance sensor, a fault-tolerant control scheme based on signal reconstruction is designed. The traditional tracking differentiator is improved, and the velocity signal is obtained by differentiating the gap signal, which constitutes the analytical redundancy of the velocity signal. The simulation results show that the fault-tolerant controller designed in this paper can stabilize the guidance system without overshoot and has good anti-interference ability. The fault diagnosis of accelerometer can be realized, and signal switching can be carried out in time after the fault occurs, so that the guidance system still has good performance after the fault occurs.
