Clinical analysis of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage and countermeasures

2011
Objective:To investigate the pathogenic factors of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage(ICH) and countermeasures. Methods:The retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 54 newborns with ICH admitted to our department. Results:The incidence rate of ICH in this group was 3.79%,which was negatively correlated with the gestational age and birth weight and positively correlated with apnea, hypoxia, infection, complications such as hypoglycemia. Conclusion:ICH is closely related to the gestational age, birth weight, asphyxia, hypoxia, infection and hypoglycemia. The integrated control can reduce the incidence of ICH,avoid or reduce the incidence of sequela.
