Wear resistant coated plate for ore hoppers and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a wear resistant coated plate for ore hoppers and a preparation method thereof. The method includes: firstly pretreating a substrate, and then conducting drying, grinding and sieving on hard particle powder to obtain fine powder of the hard particle powder; then adding the fine powder of the hard particle powder into epoxy resin, performing stirring until the materials are mixed evenly, then adding a curing agent, and further conducting stirring until the materials are mixed evenly, then carrying out standing and bubble removing to obtain a wear-resistant coating liquid, applying the wear-resistant coating liquid to the pretreated substrate obtained in step (1) to a thickness of 1.5-2.5mm, and then performing curing molding at room temperature so as to obtain the wear resistant coated plate for ore hoppers. The wear resistant coated plate can replace high manganese steel, high chromium cast iron and other wear-resistant plates, and the preparation raw materials are easily available and cheap, and the preparation process is simple and is easy to operate.
