Investigation of neuronlike photorefractive integrated structures based on ferroelectric crystals of lead magnesium niobate

Presently the creation of advanced computational means is closely connected with the development of neuron-like structures with the computation principle based on the dynamic evolution process of these structures under the input signal effect. There are numerous physical principles of implementation of neuron-like computational structures. However, the most promising is the creation of such structures on the optical principles basis.
