A system for searching for and studying compounds with antimutagenic properties (methodological recommendations)

Conclusions on whether or not a given compound has a protective effect are made on the basis of all the experimental results obtained. The compound is considered to have potential for further pharmacological development as an agent able to protect genetic structures only when it is found to have protective actions in all the tests and when the level of protection is at least 50%.
