Taking the strategy design as a starting point, the project was applied to AYA as real company dedicated to the provision of environmental services. The main purpose was to increase the value of the company perceived from their customers, so the first process was a comprehensive analysis of the context in which actors, relationships and interests were identified. According to this the basic problems were defined and the possible interventions to be worked. Through a respective assessment of each, the most viable possibility with the highest impact for AYA was chosen. Finally, it was possible to proceed to construct a strategy that could be developed by the company to increase its value as an organization for its own clients, identified as the most important players in the context, and by the way fulfill the main objective of the project.
