The invention discloses service management middleware based on an ESB (enterprise service bus) technology, wherein the middleware is positioned between an access layer and a service layer, and comprises an interface module, a service processing module and a performance management module, wherein the interface module is connected with the access layer and the service layer, receives the access request of the access layer, transmits a service request to the service layer, receives the service result of the service layer, and returns the service result to the access layer; the service processing module determines the service required to be called according to the access request of the access layer, generates a service request, determines the service layer receiving the service request according to the routing rule configured in advance, and transmits the service request to the service layer through the interface module; and the performance management module is used for recording the situation of the treatment of the access request by the interface module or the service processing module, and outputting the situation. According to the invention, enterprise information resources can be managed centrally.
