The utility model discloses a vibration isolator of a damping spring. The vibration isolator is formed by connecting a damping sound-insulation base, a spiral steel spring, an upper bearing block, an adjusting screw rod, a horizontal height adjusting bolt, a rubber vibration isolating cover and a machine base fixing bolt in sequence. The integral damping soundproof base comprises a rubber bottom plate and cylindrical rubber; the outer diameter of the spiral steel spring is in clearance fit with the inner diameter of the cylindrical rubber; the spiral steel spring is arranged in the inner hole of the cylindrical rubber; and the height of the cylindrical rubber is one half that of the spiral steel spring. The integral steel upper bearing block is manufactured by a lower cylinder and an upper cylinder, wherein a rubber vibration isolating cover is arranged outside the upper cylinder; and the rubber vibration isolating cover is made of straight-cylinder shaped rubber. And a device machine base is fixed between the top of the horizontal height adjusting bolt and the machine base fixing bolt. When the horizontal height adjusting bolt is rotated, the height of the vibrator isolator of the damping spring can be conveniently adjusted, so that levelness and stress balance of the device machine base are adjusted. The vibrator isolator of the damping spring provided by the utility model can satisfy the transmission of isolated vibration, and is high in damping ratio and simple in structure.
