Перспективы разработки нелинейных преобразователей радиосигналов на базе резонансно-туннельных нанодиодов

A prospect is considered to improve functional characteristics of different-purpose radio-receiving devices by means of refining the nonlinear radio signal converters included in them. The development of nonlinear radio signal converters based on resonant tunneling nanodiodes is shown to be promising.
