The present invention, C / SiC, connection method C / C composite material and the metal, is a heterogeneous material connection technology. Process steps are as follows: ①C / SiC, C / C composite surface pretreatment. Connection region including a surface grinding, cleaning, vacuum unglazed, two-ply metallic thin film, a high vacuum heat treatment step. ②C / SiC, graded interlayer surface coated C / C composite material of the connecting area, sintering. ③ The graded interlayer is vacuum brazing of the composite material and the metal bonding phase. Feature of the present invention is a graded interlayer connecting material directly as a composite material with a metal; gradient of two or more transition layer (sub-layer) structure, a composite matrix outwardly, the melting point of the active brazing material layer using each of the sub gradually decreases , adjusting the thermal expansion coefficient decreases with the volume percentage of the sub-layer coefficient of thermal expansion gradually increases. The present invention is brazed ceramic - metal joint of high strength, air tightness, a wide range of applications, for a variety of ceramics such as SiC, Si 3 N 4 , Al 2 O 3 , AlN particles and other non-metallic fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material and connected to a metal.
