The invention relates to a honeycomb catalyst used for power plant flue gas SCR denitration, a preparation method and equipment thereof, wherein the active ingredients of the catalyst are composed of V2O5, WO3, MoO3, MnO2, CuO and TiO2, polyacrylamide as an adhesive, ethanolamine as a pressing aid, glycerol as a lubricant, active carbon as a pore former and rod-shaped glass fiber for improving the mechanical performance of the honeycomb catalyst. The preparation method is composed of an extrusion process for forming the honeycomb catalyst, a drying process for drying the honeycomb catalyst and a firing process for firing the honeycomb catalyst. The preparation equipment is composed of an extrusion device for forming the honeycomb catalyst, a tunnel kiln for firing the honeycomb catalyst and a drying device which is connected between the extrusion device and the tunnel kiln and used for drying the honeycomb catalyst.
