PULSED NEUTRON SOURCE

1960
A neutron source is described which produces 14-Mev neutron pulses of lO/ sup -6/ to lO/sup -8/sec at a frequency of 500 Hz. The neutron flux of the pulse is 10/sup 12/ n/sec. A short description of an electronic device for measuring neutron energies by the time-of-flight method is included. (R.V.J.)
