Renal Anjiomyolipomdan Dolayı Massif Retroperitoneal Kanama: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Angiomyolipomas are benign mesenchymal tumors that occur in varying proportions mature adipose tissue, smooth muscle bundles and blood vessels. Angiomyolipoma may be asymptomatic, but sometimes hematuria, palpable mass, with pain also may occur. Spontaneous tumors which bigger than 4 cm and above are at high risk of bleeding, may cause massive bleeding and mortality. Depending on the size of tumors in the treatment of renal angiomyolipoma is mostly conservative, but in the presence of recurrent bleeding episodes or massive bleeding surgical resection is performed. We presented a 9 cm renal angiomyolipoma case which gone nephrectomy due to bleeding. Therefore we think that renal angiomyolipoma should be monitored closely because of their growing patern
