THE SYNTHESIS OF HEPTATRIDECA-, HEPTAPENTADECA-, AND HEPTAHEPTADECAFULVALENE DERIVATIVES

Title fulvalenes (6∼9) were synthesized in one step by the reaction of the corresponding large membered annulenones (1∼4) with 8-oxoheptafulvene, and 1H-nmr spectra were discussed in connection with their tropicity.
