Tumor gigante de ovario torcido en adulta mayor de 66 años

We present a case female patient aged 66 presenting with a giant tumor of ovary twisted, seem in the Emergency Room due to acute abdominal pain. At physical examination it was noted an increase of the abdomen volume and prolapsed uterine. The ultrasound being a very defined heterogeneous image of regular borders that 12 x 19 cm measures, occupying hypogastrium, left flank, mesogastry, left flank, flow is not captured the US Doppler, with I liquidate free in bottom of the sack but less 200 ml, with scarce cellularity.
