Emitter channel structure

2015
Provided is an emitter channel structure, comprising a water inlet, a water outlet, and a channel. The water inlet and the water outlet are respectively arranged on two ends of the channel. The channel is internally distributed with a plurality of tetrahedral columns. Netted channels are formed among the tetrahedral columns. Liquid impacts intersections of different branches in the channel, and energy is consumed. Since the longitudinal section of the channel is provided with flowing channels which have characteristics of abrupt expansion and abrupt contraction and flowing-around, and form sudden contraction, sudden expansion, and flowing around the columns, overhasty variation occurs to boundary layer flow, to promote the boundary layer flow to separate from a boundary, and a separation point is formed. Under the separation point, flow separates from the boundary, and forms a flow zone with no dependence. One side of the flow zone is positive flow, and the other side is closed circulation. The circulation formed by separation of the flow and the boundary can drive sediment and other substances, and relieves a blocking problem, meanwhile the circulation impacts the boundary of the channel, and head loss is increased, thereby having efficient energy dissipation effect and being beneficial for reducing flow stance index of an emitter. Drip is more uniform.
