ВЭЖХ-анализ лекарственного препарата «Силимар»

In the present paper are discussed the results of investigations to improve of the methods of standardization of the phytopharmaceutical «Silymar», representing the total flavolignans (silymarin) of the fruits of milk thistle [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.] and used as a hepatoprotective remedy. As a result of the carried out study has developed the method of quantitative determination of the total flavolignans in the phytopharmaceutical «Silimar» using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The analysis was carried out with using the liquid chromatograph «Biotronic», chromatographic column «Phenomenex Luna C18(2)" (250х2,0 mm) and eluent system (mobile phase) comprising a mixture of acetonitrile and buffer solution, acidified with H3PO4 to pH 3.0, in the ratio 30:70 (isocratic mode) at analytical length waves of 288 nm. It is determined that the content of the total flavolignans in samples of the preparation «Silimar» are varied from 71,57 % to 78,43 % (calculated on the state standard sample of silybin).
