The synthesis and properties of ion exchange resins with aminophosphonium, aminophosphonate and aminophosphine groups☆

1976
Ion exchange resin cantaining aminophosphonium, aminophosphonate or aminophosphine groups, which are phosphorus analogues of chelone resins unknown to date, have been produced by polycondensing the respective acids and their esters with formaldehyde and resorcinol or phenol over an alkaline catalyst. The synthesis conditions, the yields, full and static exchange capacity for Cu2+, Co2+, swelling capacity, resistance to acids, alkali and heat, are given.
