호텔 종사자의 여가태도, 여가몰입과 생활만족 간의 관계 연구

The purpose of the study was to suggest that leisure activities be an important factor in the improvement of competitiveness through the management of hotel human resources by conducting a positive analysis on correlation among leisure attitude, leisure flow, and life satisfaction of hotel employees. a survey was conducted on the employees working in five-star hotels in Seoul and Busan from August 10, 2016 to August 31, 2016 and 312 out of 350 questionnaires were finally used as an analysis material after excluding non-response and insincere responses. And then simple·multiple regression analyses were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. First, mental attitude had a significant influence on emotional commitment while behavioral attitude did not have. Second, both of mental and behavioral attitudes had a significant influence on normative commitment. Third, emotional commitment and normative commitment had a significant influence on life satisfaction. The implications of this study are as follows. First, active consideration and support are needed in order for hotel employees to perform their leisure activities more positively and participate in the leisure activities that they like more often. This can improve emotional commitment. Second, priority consideration should be put to the factors, environment and development of program for leisure flow of hotel employees during their leisure activities.
