The invention relates to a substrate supporting device comprising a base, a plurality of guide pieces, a lifting platform and a plurality of supporting pieces, wherein a plurality of first holes are arranged on the base; one end of each guide piece is respectively fixed in one first hole, and the other end is exposed to the lower surface of the base; the lifting platform can move up and down relative to the base; one first end of each supporting piece respectively passes through one guide piece; and each supporting piece is respectively provided with a fixing part which is fixed on the lifting platform.
