The invention discloses a chick debeaking device which comprises a base, a debeaking assembly, a chick head positioner and a chick head gripping assembly. The debeaking assembly, the chicken head positioner and the chick head gripping assembly are installed on the base, and a chick beak protruding hole is formed in the chick head positioner and penetrates the chick head positioner; the chick head gripping assembly comprises head grapping pieces which are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the chick beak protruding hole, each head grapping piece is provided with a clamping part and a drive part, and the clamping parts of the two head grapping pieces can open and close relative to the center, namely the chick beak protruding hole. According to the chick debeaking device, a chick head and a chick beak can be positioned through the chick head positioner, the chick head is clamped through the chick head gripping assembly, and debedking is achieved through the debeaking assembly; the debeaking assembly and the chick head gripping assembly adopt the same power source, and the chick debeaking device is high in positioning accuracy, high in efficiency, stable and reliable.
