Research and application for hydraulic cylinder workshop scheduling considering on time delivery rate

Due to the high complexity, multi-variety and large quantity of parallel orders of hydraulic cylinder products, it is easy to cause production delay. In addition, the production environment of hydraulic cylinder is flexible and the manufacturing processes is complex with various constraints, which brings great challenges to the production scheduling in workshop. This paper considers the FJSP problem from the perspective of delivery delay rate, and analyzes the status of art about production scheduling under the characteristics of multi variety, small batch, multi-objective and multi constraint. Then an improved NSGA - II algorithm based on JIT and dynamic decision is proposed. The problem model and algorithm improvement are designed respectively. To validate the effectiveness of the algorithm, a case of specific practice in production scheduling for hydraulic cylinders in the production line is studied company.
