Composition for photo-alignment films, photo-alignment film, optical laminate and image display device

The present invention provides: a composition for photo-alignment films, which is capable of forming a photo-alignment film having excellent alignment properties; a photo-alignment film which is formed using this composition for photo-alignment films; an optical laminate; and an image display device. A composition for photo-alignment films according to the present invention contains: a polymer A that has a constituent unit a1 containing a cinnamate group; and a low-molecular-weight compound B that has a lower molecular weight than the polymer A, while having a cinnamate group.
