Electric vehicle two / three wheels with a wiring structure in which vehicle: pivot plates (30) are arranged in lower portions of a pair of left rear racks and right (29) respectively constituting the rear racks (29) a part of a body frame (F) and extending rearward and upward; an electric motor (23) is housed in a swing arm (22) supported pivotably on the pivot plates (30) with a support shaft (32) therebetween, putting the electric motor (23) power for driving a rear wheel (WR) pivotally supported on a rear portion of the swing arm (22); high voltage battery (36) that supplies electric power to the electric motor (23) is supported on the body frame (F) and is positioned forward of the support shaft (32); the high-voltage battery (36) is connected via a high voltage wiring (86) to a drive unit power (71) mounted on the swing arm (22) so as to convert a direct current supplied from the battery of high voltage (36) to an alternating current and then supplying the AC to the electric motor current (23), wherein the high voltage wiring (86) extending obliquely upward and forward toward a rear frame (29) in a widthwise direction of the vehicle outside the pair of left and right rear racks (29) from an upper surface of the drive unit power (71), extends backward and upward along an inner side of a frame rear (29) in the widthwise direction of the vehicle and then extends to the high-voltage battery (36) located forward of it.
