Progress of the correlation between apoptosis-related genes and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

2019
The apoptosis-related gene is an important gene in the human body, and maintains the apoptosis process through the synergistic action of anti-apoptosis and pro-apoptosis. Abnormal expressions of apoptosis-related genes and their proteins play important roles in the development of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Recent studies have shown that targeting apoptosis-related genes have potentials in the treatment of lymphoma, and the treatment of Bcl-2 inhibitors and Bax activators combined with chemotherapy has attracted much attention. This article reviews the progress of apoptosis-related genes and DLBCL. Key words: Lymphoma, large B-cell, diffuse; Apoptosis-related genes; Prognosis
