Formulation containing a) at least one component having scattering properties and has been selected from the series consisting of a compound containing at least one branched comb polymer having polyether side chains, a condensate of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde ( "BNS") and a condensate sulfonate melamine formaldehyde ( "MSF"), b) a polycondensation product containing (I) at least one structural unit with an aromatic subunit or heteroaromatic and at least one side chain polyether and (II) at least one structural unit phosphated an aromatic subunit or heteroaromatic and (III) at least one structural unit with an aromatic subunit or heteroaromatic, the structural unit (II) and structural unit (III) they differ only in the OP group (OH) 2 of structural unit (II) is replaced by H in the structural unit (III) and the structural unit (III) is not the same as the unit struc tural (I).
