The oniversality of Qur’anic Discourse and its contemporary fields= عالمية الخطاب القرآني ومجالاتها المعاصرة

ملخص البحث يتناول هذا البحث بيان مفهوم عالمية الخطاب القرآني، وأهميتها التي تميزها عن باقي الأديان والشرائع، والكشف عن مجالاتها المعاصرة والمتمثلة في المجال الأسري والبيئي والمالي والقضائي والزراعي ومجال علاقة الدولة الإسلامية بغيرها والمجال الإداري والاقتصادي. وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الاستقرائي من خلال تتبع الأقوال والآيات القرآنية ذات الصلة بعالمية الخطاب القرآني، للكشف عن المواضيع المتصلة بعالمية الخطاب، وأهمية ذلك، مع الرجوع إلى تفاسير العلماء لبيان مدى اهتمام القرآن الكريم بهذه المسألة. وكذلك المنهج التحليلي لاستنتاج ألفاظ عالمية الخطاب المستخدمة، وأهميتها والكشف عن مجالاتها المعاصرة. وقد خلصت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: إبراز أهمية فهم الخطاب القرآني وعالميته فهما صحيحا، كما إن من أسباب وجود الضعف في مفهوم عالمية الخطاب القرآني عند الناس عموما هو غياب التمييز والدقة في الخطاب القرآني وعالميته وفقا للتطبيقات الواقعية والعلمية والعملية وبه يتميز الخطاب القرآني عن خطاب بقية الأديان والنظم الوضعية من حيث مصدريته وربانيته وعدله وعصمته وعدم تأثريته وإنسانيته وخلوديته وختاميته وشموليته وتوازنه، كلها يتضمن بيانات تعم العالمين جميعا ولا تخص فئة معينة من خلقه. كما يوصي البحث توسيع النظر إلى دلالة الخطاب القرآني ومقاصدها حين نتعامل دائرة المعرفة الإنسانية الواسعة، واستكمال الدراسات حول موضوع عالمية الخطاب القرآني، وتخصيص مادة للخطاب القرآني ضمن مقررات المدارس والمعاهد والجامعات. Abstract: This research deals with the statement of the concept of the Universal Qur’anic Discourse, and its importance that distinguishes it from other religions and laws, and the disclosure of its contemporary fields represented in the family, environmental, financial, judicial, agricultural fields, the field of the relationship of the Islamic state with others, and the administrative and economic field. The research followed the inductive approach by remarking the Qur’anic verses related to the Universal Qur’anic Discourse to reveal the issues related within it; and the importance of these issues, by following a proper guidance and reference from the scholars of Tafsir which proposes Holy Qur’an that related to it; in order to attain its fully outcome and benefits. As well as the analytical method to deduce the universality of the discourse used, its importance and the disclosure of its contemporary fields. The study concluded that, the most important is, highlighting the importance of properly understanding the Qur’anic discourse and its universality. One of the reasons for the weakness in the concept of the Universal Qur’anic Discourse among people in general is, people unable to identify and distinguish the accuracy in the Qur’anic discourse and its universality according to real, scientific and practical applications. Its divinity, justice, infallibility, solidity, humanity, everlasting, definitive, comprehensiveness and balancing, all of them are meant for universal and does not subject to a specific hierarchy. The study focused to broaden the meaning and purposes of the Qur’anic discourse especially when dealing with the great and vast human knowledge. This study concluded that the subject of the Universal Qur’anic Discourse, and its material should be implemented within the curricula of schools, institutes and universities either entirely or precisely.
