Hybrid facial test for encephalopathy

Abstract The face is the reader of mind. One can read the mindset and mood of a person from his facial expression. The existing system assesses the criminal mental disorders manually. But the method does have assessment errors for the system cannot predict accurate solutions at all times because the human mood varies from time to time. An effective technique for criminal rehabilitation is proposed. The proposed method involves PEN test and IQ test. The human emotion and mood of a person subjected to the above two tests is monitored at constant intervals. Image processing techniques implementing Raspberry Pi with convolution neural network is implemented for obtaining the human mental state.
