Mélanome intracérébral primitif : A propos d’un cas et revue de la littérature

Le melanome primitif du systeme nerveux central est une tumeur rare qui represente moins de 1% de l’ensemble des melanomes de l’organisme, parmi lesquels la localisation intracerebrale parenchymateuse demeure exceptionnelle. Nous rapportons un cas de melanome primitif chez un jeune de 45ans  revele par un syndrome d’HIC, le patient a beneficie  d’une chirurgie d’exerese complete  et de 27 seances de radiotherapie L’exerese chirurgicale complete semble offrir un bon pronostic, mais le role du traitement adjuvant reste mal connu. Mots cles : melanome primitif, intracerebrale, chirurgie, pronostic. الورم الميلانيني الابتدائي للجهاز العصبي المركزي : تقرير عن حالة ومراجعة الأدبيات ملخص : الورم الميلانيني الميلانوما الابتدائي للجهاز العصبي المركزي هو ورم نادريمثل أقل من 1 في المائة من جميع الأورام الميلانينية الخبيثة من الجسم، مع ذلك يظل الموقع داخل المخ استثنائيا نقدم حالة من حالات الورم الميلانيني الابتدائي في سن ال 45 التي كشفت عنها متلازمة إرتفاع الضغط داخل الجمجمة استفاد المريض من جراحة استئصال كامل و27جلسة إشعاع التكهن جيد جدا في حالة الاستئصال الكامل ويتوقف معدل متوسط البقاء على قيد الحياة على العرض السريري ولكن أيضا استخدام العلاجات المساعدة الاستئصال الجراحي الكامل ينبؤ بمآل جيد، ولكن دور العلاج المساعد لا يزال غير واضح الكلمات المفتاحية : الورم الميلانيني ,ابتدائي للجهاز العصبي ,جراحة ,التكهن. Primary intracerebral melanoma: A case report and review of the literature Abstract The central nervous system primary melanoma is a rare tumor that represents less than 1%of all melanomas of the body, including intracerebral parenchymal localization remains exceptional. We related a case of primary melanoma in young age of 45 revealed by a syndrome of HIC, the patient benefit of a complete resection surgery and 27 radiation sessions The prognosis is very good in case of complete resection and the average survival rate depends on the clinical presentation but also the use of adjuvants therapies.
