Ayak Bileğinde Osteokondral Defekt ve Tendon Kilifi Dev Hücreli Tümör Birlikteliğinin Tek Seans Tedavisi Single Session Treatment of Osteochondral Defect with Giant Cell Tumor of Tendon Sheath at the Ankle

Ozetolarak agrisiz buyuyen kitle olarak gorulen tendon kilifinin dev hucreli tumoru (TKDHT) alt ekstremitede nadir gorulur. Talar osteokondral defekt (OKD) ise kikirdaktan subkondral kemige kadar uzanan ve nadir gorulen bir ayak bilegi bozuklugudur. Bu olgu sunumunda ayak bileginde nadir gorulen genis capli talar OKD ile TKDHT birlikteliginin tek seans tedavisinin sonucunu sunmayi amacladik. Olguda talar osteokondral defekt artroskopik olarak tedavi edildi. Tedavide scaffold ve bu scaffolda ekilmis kok hucreler kullanildi. TKDHT ise saglam doku sinirindan eksize edildi. Kisa donem takipte hastanin kikirdak lezyonu ile ilgili sikayetleri gecti, tumorde nuks bulgusu gorulmedi. Anahtar kelimeler: Artroskopik cerrahi, Dev hucreli tumorler, Kikirdak hastaliklari. Abstract cell tumor of ten sheath (GCTTS), clinically seen as a painless growing mass, is rare in the lower extremities. Talar osteochondral defect (OCD) is a rare disorder of ankle that extends from cartilage to the subchondral bone. In this case report, we aimed to present the result of single session treatment of GCTTS with a rarely seen OCD that has a large diameter. In this case, talar osteochondral defect was treated artroscopically. In treatment scaffold and stem cells that seeded in this scaffold were used. GCTTS was excised from the border intact tissue. In short-term follow-up, patient's complaints about cartilage lesion have disappeared and no recurrence of tumor has been seen.
