Model for information: Communication infrastructure management of transport services providers

In today's business environment, clients have become more and more sensitive to the degree of responsiveness and the range of service choices provided by transport services providers (TSPs). TSPs success is dependent from integration of data and processes inside enterprise and from integration of decision making processes and data/processes outside enterprise, because of that, subject in new information-communication (IC) infrastructure management is design of person-environment-TSPs interactions. Those interactions represents basic prerequisites of global economy and efficient business of modern TSPs, beside that the basic concept of Subject-Environment Interaction (SEI) model is turning environment into intelligent partner in TSPs IC infrastructure management.
