Contradiction between Skills Training of Physical Chemistry Experiment and Automatic Instrument

The difference between physical chemistry experiment and other chemical experiments was elaborated according to the features of physical chemistry course,and the contradiction between skills training of students and highly-integrated automatic instrument was analyzed using a well-known experiment as an example.Finally,many measures were proposed for training students' skills,such as operation,thinking,data analysis and innovation.
