In recent, The Feature rich CCTV is being applied in various field with development of CCTV. Like this, According to increase of various supply and using of CCTV, Necessity of application technology have been raised too, and It"s Application Range are broad also. CCTV based Sensor applied SURF image Processing System what proposed by this study and applied SURF Algorithms, can serve various service like Situation and emergency Recognition and others by extract local features on CCTV image data. And It"s can apply to Environment where has many Manless Facilities likes Sewage Treatment Plant. We look forward to in place where Manless and low light, This system can improve about environment and security and safety by it"s higher visibility and intelligent situation and emergence detection.
