Studying of the immune status at patients after lien excision, autolientransplatacion and operations with lien conservation in the nearest and remote postoperative period is spent. As a result of research it is established that in the nearest postoperative period irrespective of the executed operation changes in a humoral link of system of immunity become perceptible. In a cellular link of system of immunity in the nearest postoperative period there is a reduction of quantity mature T-limfotsitov, T-helperov, T-killers. In the remote postoperative period in the immune status of the operated patients after excision of a lien concerning a lien trauma there are changes in the humoral link, concentration IgG expressed in depression and IgM, total of a complement and it С3and С4-frakc. In turn, operations don´t cause changes in the immune status. In a cellular link of immunity depression of quantity mature T-limfotsitov, T-helperov and T-killers is registered. At the same time rising of quantity of T-cytotoxic lymphocytes, V-lymphocytes becomes perceptible. After autolientransplatacion the quantity mature T-limfotsitov, T-helperov decreases. Operations with lien conservation don´t lead to changes in a cellular link of system of immunity.
