The present invention discloses a method of producing an Si / carbon / graphite negative electrode material, comprising the steps of: silicon powder, organic carbon, a solvent was added a ball mill, a 100-mesh sieve slurry; inlet air temperature of the slurry at 200 to 350 ℃, outlet temperature 90 ~ 180 ℃, 10 ~ 50rpm spray drying speed; sieved through a 300 mesh silicon / carbon precursor / min. heating rate of 5 to 400 ~ 1000 ℃, 4 ~ 12h incubation pyrolysis, then 5 ℃ / min cooling rate to 300 ℃, furnace cooling to room temperature to obtain a silicon / carbon composite; silicon / carbon composite, carbon and graphite organic solvent is added, stirred for 2 ~ 8h, step (2) spray drying and pyrolysis, to obtain the silicon / carbon / graphite composite negative electrode material. The prepared silicon / carbon / graphite composite negative electrode material having high discharge capacity, excellent in large-current charge-discharge characteristics, in particular, significantly improved cycling stability. The method is simple and suitable for large-scale production.
